Shipping Policy
We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Canada & United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons. These estimates are provided by our suppliers and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's what you need to know:
Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
How to Request a Return
Email us at muttfare.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
